We have a NEW CLASS at Spartans: Beginners Muay Thai Bodyfit.

Muay Thai Bodyfit classes are a fun and exhilarating full body workout that will improve your fitness and strength.  The class takes the fantastic art of Muay Thai, a sport that uses punches, kicks, knees & elbows and turns it into a fun workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Muay Thai Bodyfit class starts on Monday 23rd September

Our new beginners Muay Thai Bodyfit fitness class starts on Monday 23rd September. The class will run for 30 minutes from 6pm – 6:30pm in the green arena prior to the normal Muay Thai Body Fit class.

This new beginner class is a great way to get a taste of what Muay Thai Bodyfit is all about and to see why so many people love this kind of exercise. If you were nervous to come in due to the intensity of the standard Muay Thai Bodyfit class we run, or if you just want to give it a try and have fun while burning calories then this class is for you.

CLASS DATE: Monday September 3rd
CLASS TIME: 6pm – 6:30pm
