Spartans Gym is home of the Indoor Boot Camp – a group personal training program where you’ll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and build fantastic lean muscle across your entire body.
Our specialized workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Strength training to get your body to burn more fat and and help promote less muscle growth which gives your body great shape, energy and vitality. Every session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.
Our workout programs are structured in such a way that you’ll be challenged at your fitness level. Whether you’re new to working out or you’re an experienced fitness pro, our coaches will help to modify every workout so that you’ll achieve your goals!

Boot Camp Details
When: Attend unlimited 1-hour sessions a week. (See timetable above for times. 13 Sessions weekly)
Where: Spartans Gym, 255 Colchester Rd, Kilsyth. Arena Training Area
How: Strength and cardio training with classes structured in a way where you’ll be pushed and challenged at your own level. Each session is always different.
