Our class of the month is Low, Step & Tone
This class is filled with fun & laughter each week.
A low impact aerobics and step class suitable for all ages and abilities. You are fully in control in your choice of difficulty level and will burn fat with this one! Tone up using light hand weights, the class also includes some floor work and stretching.
Plus, it’s easy to follow and lots of fun!
