For those who love our Fat Burner classes, STEP PLUS offers the same great benefits of toning, slimming down and shredding those extra kilo’s with the fun of using a STEP! Incorporating a low step into the workout with high intensity body weight exercises, this freestyle program is a high energy, fun workout that will get the heart rate rocking!
With each class offering a different workout, our instructors will motivate and challenge you and take your fitness to the next level.
Classes are 30-minutes or 60-minutes and provide you the full body workout to achieve the results your aiming for.
