A low impact Aerobics class, incorporating all basic aerobic moves, use of hand weights, fitball, basic Zumba steps, abdominal work and stretching.
The class is great for beginners and those who are returning to the gym after a break and are looking to increase their stamina, increase muscle tone and have fun in a friendly, non intimidating environment.
