Smoothies are a great way to get your nutrients in an easy and delicious way.  Give this one a try. It has the most fantastic raspberry flavor with just a hint of vanilla.  Yum!

Raspberry Protein Shake

  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen (frozen berries make the smoothie thicker)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond/skim milk
  • 1 scoop Skinny Gut Ultimate Shake in Vanilla


  1. Add all the ingredients together and process until smooth and creamy.
