Emma-Kate has been nominated for member of the month because of her noticed dedicated early morning gym sessions. Emma-Kate is an early riser, she is always one of the first members to walk through the doors each morning!

When and why did you start training?
I started at a bootcamp about 4 years ago to loose weight and get active again. After loosing the weight I wanted to progress more so set myself a new challenge and started weights/resistance training to build muscle.
What is your greatest fitness achievements so far?
Getting up on stage and competing at the ICN Mooney Valley Show.
What are your future fitness goals?
To compete again and bring a better version of myself to the stage.
What do you love about Spartans?
All the equipment, it has absolutely everything that I need!
