Body Attack – An intense interval style cardio workout

C.B.R (Cardio, Boxing, Resistance) – A great cardio, strength and toning workout

CX Worx – Functional strength and core workout

Cycle – A mixture of hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and intervak training.

Fitball – Stregthen and tone the entire body with a focus on the core

Turbo Tone – A combination class designed for all fitness levels, using free weights, step, muscle conditioning and aerobics.

Cardio Step – Tone butt and thinghs with a high impact step class
