Your Instructor- Vicki Arief

Vicki has been a part of the Health & Fitness Industry for 20 years. Vicki was involved in the development of the “Master Class”. This was introduced for men suffering from Depression, Multiple Sclerosis as well as Parkinson’s disease.

As a Breast Cancer Survivor herself, Vicki offers classes for those who are recovering from the Breast Cancer Treatment. All participants are welcomed in to a very friendly, non-intimidating environment where they a able to exercise at their own pace and enjoy the social interaction. Some of our clients are even in their 40’s, so you don’t have to be over 50 to come along & enjoy the class. Vicki’s Older But Stronger classes at Spartans Gym are like no other.
