She always ensures that exercises are completed with good posture and technique, and loves helping to improve on those aspects.
She has competed as a Sports model and a Fitness model at the INBA rookie show and at the Fitness Expo and enjoys a good challenge.

She has come from being a flexibility, strength and conditioning coach in cheerleading before crossing over into personal training.
Courtney is also ISSN Sports Nutrition Specialist which enables her to educate and help her clients understand how to eat a balanced, flexible diet and still get results.
She has done a lot of previous work in Female transformations and strength, weight loss, injury prevention and progression from rehab to training, Small group classes, Beginner strength training and Sports based training.
