Benefits Of Strong Glutes (AKA: ‘Booty’)

  2. Athletic Performance – Strong glutes are essential in almost every sport, as they are responsible for accelerating, decelerating, changing directions and creating explosive power in jumps. They are also responsible for effective hip extension.
