  1. Plan movement related catch ups instead of a dinner, why not try out a new fitness class with your friends!
  2. Change your workouts to HIIT or Tabata style training. Keep the sessions hard but the duration low!
  3. Update your workout playlist – something that will get you pumped up no matter what time of the day it is!
  4. Invest in some Dumbbells or Kettlebells for home workouts when you can’t make it to the gym.
