Tropic Thunder Over Night Oats

Want to get a little tropical with your overnight oats? Give this one a try this week!


  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup pineapples (canned is fine)
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (rice or   coconut fits very well)


  • Blend pineapple together with the vanilla extract and coconut
  • Layer oats, milk and pineapple mash one after each other
