One Pan Balsamic Chicken

Are you searching for a delicious and hassle-free dinner option that will leave your taste buds satisfied? Look no further than the mouthwatering One Pan Balsamic Chicken! This irresistibly flavorful dish combines tender chicken breasts with a savory balsamic marinade, creating a delightful blend of tangy and sweet flavors. The best part? It can be prepared using just one skillet, making cleanup a breeze.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place it in the skillet.

Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown and cooked through.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Optionally, you can garnish the chicken with fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.

Serve the One Pan Balsamic Chicken with your favorite side dishes such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
