🔥 What to Expect
- Hybrid Cardio & Strength - Our signature sessions blend heart-pumping cardio intervals with dynamic strength work to torch calories, boost endurance, and build lean muscle. Think of this as your total-body overhaul: expect a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises that will leave you sweaty, strong, and unstoppable.
- Strength-Focused Workouts - Prefer to lift heavy and build real strength? We prioritise form, technique, and progressive overload through free weights, resistance bands, and functional movements — targeting every major muscle group to improve strength, stability, and confidence.
- MetCon & Functional Conditioning - Our metabolic conditioning (MetCon) sessions are intense, efficient, and results-driven. Fast-paced intervals, circuits like AMRAPs or EMOMs, mixed moves (kettlebell swings, sled pushes, burpees, rows), minimal rest - all structured to challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic systems for maximum burn in minimal time.
Pricing
Membership Plans:
- 2 classes/week – $37 per week (including 24/7 access to Spartans Gym)
- 3 classes/week – $45 per week (including 24/7 access to Spartans Gym)
- Unlimited classes – $50 per week (including 24/7 access to Spartans Gym)
Casual Options:
- Single casual class – $25
- 10-class pack – $199
👶 Child-Friendly Classes
All of our classes are child-friendly! You're welcome to bring your little one, but please ensure they stay in the designated area and don’t disrupt the class. They’ll remain your responsibility during the session.
