Jayde joined our gym with a clear mission: to move her body and build strength and stability. Despite facing various challenges, she remains unwaveringly dedicated to her training. Her positivity and commitment shine through in her interactions with fellow members and her consistent attendance.

While legs are her favorite workouts, Jayde is also discovering a newfound love for upper body training—especially exercises that strengthen her back. She truly values functional strength, which helps her stay active in her everyday life.

What keeps Jayde on track? Alongside her fantastic coach and her reliable spreadsheet, she believes in the importance of showing up, even on the tough days. Her motto? “Something is better than nothing.” Jayde enjoys lifting heavy, moving her body, and finding her rhythm in the gym.
