SIMPLE PROTEIN PANCAKES

A delicious, healthy breakfast or snack option! Ingredients: - 1 banana - 1 scoop of your favourite WPI protein - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon self raising flour - 20g rolled oats - 1/2 cup milk Method: Step 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend Step 2. Heat fry pan with coconut oil Step 3. Pour half the batter into the pan evenly Step 4. Wait until bubbles form on the top and then flip the pancake Step 5. Place cooked pancake onto a plate and repeat steps with second half of the batter. Step 6. Serve!  Tip: Serve pancakes with sugar free maple syrup and seasonal fruits.
